Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole wheat or spinach tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast or turkey slices
  • 1 cup baby spinach or lettuce
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup hummus or Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Lay the tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of hummus or Greek yogurt evenly across the surface.
  • Place a few slices of cooked chicken or turkey in the center of the tortilla.
  • Add spinach, cucumber, shredded carrot, and avocado slices.
  • Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
  • Slice the wrap in half for easy packing, and store in a lunchbox or wrap it in foil.
