  • 1 large head of lettuce butter or romaine
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cucumber julienned
  • 1 carrot shredded or julienned
  • 1 avocado sliced

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Cook the turkey: Add the ground turkey, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook until the turkey is browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Prepare the vegetables: While the turkey is cooking, wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the bell peppers, cucumber, carrot, and avocado.
  • Assemble the wraps: Place a spoonful of the cooked turkey onto each lettuce leaf. Top with sliced vegetables and avocado.
  • Garnish and serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
